We all want to believe we still have have a chance,
to live in a world a world in our hands,
the air that we breath is starting to change,
the life we now know is sick and deranged,
I want you to see the world is dying,
a nuclear winter is what it will bring.
This horror will befall us,
Theres no one left to save us,
This battle for survival,
We await the dark arrival,
Sleep with me now take me somewhere away from here,
Now look in my eyes / I wont let anything happen to you.
It all came from the way we chose to exist,
pushing on further past things we had missed,
money and power is how we survived,
feeding off something thats going to die
We cant remember who took the first blow was it our people, guess we'll never know,
when the wind blew the sickness did spread and our once great world was littered with dead.
This horror will befall us,
Theres no one left to save us,
This battle for survival,
We await the dark arrival,
Sleep with me now take me somewhere away from here,
Now look in my eyes i wont let anything happen to you!
In the early 21st century we embraced our own destruction. Greed, power and mutilation of our souls moved us to destroy ourselves. what has become of humanity when all is left is the persuit of power? We built these this under the banner of defense and peace and all the bring is death and destruction. what is left for the world now? do we try to save it or do we let it fall?
You decide - your suicide is now genocide.
